SALMON STEAK TERIYAKI 
4 salmon steaks
1/4 c. cooking oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Place salmon steaks in shallow pan. Combine oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, dry mustard, ginger and garlic powder. Pour over salmon. Let stand at room temperature 1 hour, turning once. Drain, reserve marinade. Place steaks on broiler pan. Broil 3 inches from heat for 5 minutes. Turn, brush with marinade and broil for 5 more minutes.
