SALMON LOAF 
2 c. canned salmon
1 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. parsley, salt & pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cloves
1 c. canned milk
1 well beaten egg (add to milk)

Bake in greased bread pan or baking glass pan for 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Can be topped with cream sauce with butter or cream of celery soup (add butter).
