DRUNKEN PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
3 tsp. brown sugar
1 (12 oz.) beer
1/3 c. chili sauce
Salt & pepper

Trim excess fat off chops. Salt and pepper to taste. Brown chops and drain. In bowl, mix 3 teaspoons brown sugar, 1/3 cup chili sauce and beer. Pour mixture over chops in low casserole dish. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees. Serve with rice.
