HUNGRY BOY CASSEROLE 
1 lb. round steak
1 can corn
1 can green beans (optional)
1 or 2 cans of beans (kidney, ranch style or chili beans)
Chili powder to taste
1 can tomato soup
1-2 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 cans refrigerator biscuits or homemade biscuits
1 stick butter, melted
Cornmeal

Cut steak into bite-size pieces; brown. In large casserole (any shape), put meat, vegetables, beans, chili powder and soup. Mix in cheese; bake at 350 degrees until bubbly, 30-40 minutes. Remove from oven.

Take biscuits and dip first into butter, then cornmeal. Put on top of casserole, cornmeal side up. When covered with biscuits, put back in oven and bake until biscuits are done, 25-35 minutes.
