"SKINNY SOUP" 
1 (16 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
4 bouillon cubes (I use beef)
4 c. water
Add any chopped vegetables - I like green beans, cabbage, carrots

Simmer until vegetables are tender. A big bowl counts as 4-5 vegetables exchanges and 5 calories.
