SKINNY SOUP 
1/2 head cabbage
1 green pepper
1 to 2 onion
3 to 4 stalks celery
1 qt. tomatoes
1 lg. can tomato juice
Water to fill kettle
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut up the cabbage, pepper, onion, and celery. Put in Dutch oven. Put in tomato juice and canned tomatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook on stove until vegetables are tender.
