DILL MUSTARD VINAIGRETTE 
2 tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
1/2 c. tarragon vinegar
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Pinch of sugar
1 c. olive oil
2 tbsp. chopped fresh dill

In a small bowl whisk together mustard, pepper, and sugar. While whisking, slowly drizzle in olive oil until vinaigrette thickens. Stir in fresh dill. Yield: 2 cups.
