THREE BEAN SALAD 
1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans, drained
1 (1 lb.) can whole string beans, drained
1 (1 lb.) can cut wax beans, drained
2 c. diced celery
1/2 c chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped red or green pepper

Place in large bowl, add dressing, place in refrigerator and chill. Serve with wheat crackers and cheese.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. vinegar
3 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Place in a pint jar and shake vigorously. Pour over beans and stir gently.
