POTATO CHIP COOKIES | |
1 lb. butter 1 c. sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 3 c. sifted flour 1 c. crushed potato chips 1 c. chopped pecans Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Add flour and mix well. Stir in chips and nuts. Drop by teaspoonful on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 12-15 minutes until golden on edges. (I did 15 minutes) Remove gently to newspaper or rack to cool. Be gentle cuz they will break when soft. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar. I freeze them with wax paper between the layers in a square tupperware container and they do real well. * I am the vine; you are the branches.
