PIZZA CRUST 
3/4 c. warm water
1 tbsp. yeast
1 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. oil
2 1/4 c. flour

Mix warm water, yeast and sugar together until dissolved. Add oil and flour and knead about 5 minutes. Place in an oiled bowl and cover. Let rise for 2 hours. Punch down and form in well oiled pizza pan.
