SPAGHETTI PIE I 
6 oz. spaghetti
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
2 well beaten eggs or Egg Beaters
1 lb. ground lean beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. oregano

Cook spaghetti. Drain. Stir in butter, Parmesan cheese and eggs. Put in greased 10 pie plate. In skillet cook ground beef, onion and peppers. Drain all fat. Stir in undrained chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano, and garlic salt. Spread cottage cheese over bottom of crust (over the spaghetti), and top with tomato/beef mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Spread with grated Mozzarella over top, return to oven for another 5 minutes until Mozzarella is melted.
