LEMON JELLY DELIGHT 
1 (202) can crushed pineapple
1 lg. pkg. lemon Jello
1 juice of lemon
1/3 c. water
1 pt. whipping cream

Heat and stir steadily (burns fast) bring to a bubbly boil. Remove and cool. Add 1 pint unwhipped whipping cream, stir until mixed.
