3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
3 heaping tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 c. cooking oil
2 c. cold water

Sift together the dry ingredients; add all remaining ingredients and beat until smooth. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. milk

Boil for 1 minute and add 1 cup chocolate chips. Spread on cake when almost cool.
