2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3 1/2 to 4 1/2 tbsp. Nestles Quik
1 c. water
1 stick butter
1/2 c. peanut oil
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 scant tsp. baking soda
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Put flour and sugar in large bowl and set aside. Put Nestles Quik, water, butter, and peanut oil in saucepan and bring to boil. Add to sugar and flour mix, then add rest of ingredients. Mix together. Put in large greased cookie sheet with sides. Bake in 375 degree oven 18-20 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
3 1/2 to 4 1/2 tbsp. Nestles Quik
6 tbsp. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat in powdered sugar. Spread on warm cake. Sprinkle with nuts (optional).
