TWICE BAKED POTATOES 
4 lg. baking potatoes
4 slices bacon, fried crisp
4 slices American cheese
1 sm. jar pimientos
1/2 sm. green pepper, chopped
1/2 stick butter

Bake potatoes, when done cut off tops and spoon out potatoes. Mash with butter, cheese, bacon, pimientos and green pepper. Put back in shell and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour (you may want to saute green pepper first).
