TWICE BAKED POTATOES 
4 med. potatoes
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
4 strips crisp bacon, crumbled
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. chives, chopped
Garlic and salt to taste
2 tbsp. Cheddar cheese, grated

Bake potatoes. Scoop potato from shell. Mash with sour cream and milk. Mix in bacon, onion, chives and seasoning. Fill shells and top with cheese. Bake at 300 to 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
