SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can crabmeat
1 lg. can frozen lobster
1 lg. can or frozen shrimp
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 tsp. salt
1/4 lb. American cheese
2 c. med. white sauce
3 hard boiled eggs
Sherry (if desired)
1 can water packed tuna (if desired)

Note: Can be doubled. Fresh or frozen seafood may be used. Delicious if made 2 to 3 days ahead.

Add cheese to white sauce and stir until cheese is melted. Add salt. Butter a large casserole. Slice eggs and put in bottom. Cover with some sauce. Then layer with shrimp, sauce, mushrooms (drained), sauce, crabmeat, sauce, lobster, and sauce. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Can be frozen.
