HOOTENANNY CAKE | |
1 box yellow cake mix 1 box instant pudding (vanilla or lemon) 1 c. water 4 eggs 1/2 c. oil 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. baking powder Grease bundt pan. Mix all ingredients, beat 5 minutes; set aside. Combine: 4 tsp. sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon Sprinkle 1/3 of above mixture in bottom of bundt pan, add half the batter, sprinkle 1/3 more of the mixture, and the rest of the batter. Top with remaining mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes, then turn out onto cake plate. May be topped with a confectioners' sugar glaze when cool. |
