8-12 strips bacon or sausage, cooked & drained
8 oz. Swiss cheese
4 eggs
1 pt. half & half
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 unbaked pie shell

Bake 35 minutes at 375 degrees. Let set 5 minutes before cutting.
