APPLESAUCE RASPBERRY SALAD 
1 c. applesauce
1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. chopped pecans

Heat applesauce until bubbly. Combine dry gelatin and applesauce and sugar; stir until dissolved. Pour into greased container. Sprinkle with pecans. Chill until firm and cut into squares. This is a good accompaniment to turkey, chicken, or pork chops.
