CHAMPAGNE PUNCH 
2 c. sugar
2 c. fresh squeezed lemon juice
5 c. fresh squeezed orange juice
2 (4/5 qt.) bottles Sauterne wine
1 bottle champagne
1 lemon, sliced
1 orange, sliced
1 ice ring

Blend sugar, lemon juice, and orange juice. Pour in remaining ingredients. For ice ring, use Bundt pan filled with sliced fruit and orange juice. Make ice ring 1 day ahead so it will be completely frozen. Add ice ring right before serving. Makes 40 cups.
