ORIENTAL FRUIT BOWL 
2 (11 oz. each) cans mandarin orange segments, drained
1 (11 oz.) can lychee nuts, drained
1 med. pineapple, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 honeydew melon, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 pt. strawberries, cut into halves

Toss all ingredients, cover and refrigerate no longer than 12 hours. Scoop fruit into serving bowl. Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
