HOT ARTICHOKE SPREAD 
2 cans artichokes, packed in water or lemon juice, drained & finely chopped
1 c. real mayonnaise (do not use low calorie)
1 entire lg. can Parmesan cheese
6 drops Tabasco sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine all ingredients. Spread in 8"x8" casserole pan. Sprinkle lightly with paprika. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm on Triscuit crackers. NOTE: Does not keep well for the next day, but tastes fine. The mayonnaise separates.
