WALDORF SALAD 
4 med. tart apples, cored & diced
3 stalks celery, diced
1/2 c. chopped pecans

DRESSING:

2 eggs
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. flour

Mix all together and cook until thick. Pour over apples, celery and pecans. Refrigerate.
