HONEY-ORANGE CREAM CHEESE SPREAD 
8 oz. cream cheese
3 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. grated orange zest (outer portion of orange rind)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

In a microwave-proof bowl, microcook cream cheese on defrost for 1-2 minutes to soften. Beat in honey, grated orange zest and cinnamon. Cover and refrigerate until needed. Good served on croissants, bagels, toast and waffles.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
