DIET HEALTH BREAD 
2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. oat bran
1/2 c. bran (not flakes)
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. brown sugar

Mix well and add 3 cups buttermilk. Pour in greased loaf pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Keep in refrigerator. Makes good taste.
