PARTY POTATOES 
1 box Ore-Ida frozen hash browns (8 sq.)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. mild Cheddar cheese
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream

Place frozen hash brown squares in baking dish; season with salt and pepper. Mix butter, soup and sour cream in bowl. Pour mixture over hash browns, then sprinkle with lots of cheese.

Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes, or until bubbly brown.
