CHEESY MEAT LOAF 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 beaten eggs
4 oz. (1 c.) diced process American cheese
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 1/4 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork

Cook onion and green pepper in boiling water until tender, drain. Stir in tomato sauce, eggs, cheese, bread crumbs, salt, pepper. Add ground meats, mixing well. Shape into loaf in baking dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. 8-10 servings.
