PASTACINA 
1 lb. pkg. rigatoni
1 1/2 to 2 jars spaghetti sauce
1/2 lb. sliced pepperoni
12 oz. provolone cheese

MEATBALLS:

1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. parsley
2 slices bread, wet with milk
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper

Shape meatballs a little larger than marbles. Brown in skillet and drain well. Layer cooked rigatoni into 2 casseroles, which have some sauce on the bottom. Then add more sauce, pepperoni, meatballs, provolone cheese, then the rest of the sauce. Bake 45-60 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with salad and fresh crusty bread. Great company dish since 2 casseroles feed a lot or second casserole freezes well.
