MUSHROOM MEATBALLS 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. fine dry crumbs
2 tbsp. onion, minced
1 tbsp. parsley, minced
1 egg, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt

Blend 1 can cream of mushroom soup with 1/2 cup water. Measure out 1/4 cup soup mixture. Combine with 1 pound hamburger, 1/2 cup fine dry crumbs, 2 tablespoons minced onion, 1 tablespoon minced parsley, 1 egg (beaten) and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Shape into balls and brown. Add remaining soup mixture, cover and bake 1 hour.
