RAVIOLI SUPREME 
1 (40 oz.) can beef ravioli
8 oz. sour cream
1 (10 oz.) pkg. thawed frozen broccoli spears
1 c. mozzarella cheese

Cut broccoli spears in half lengthwise. Place a layer of broccoli on bottom of oiled 13 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Save several spears for garnish.

Pour beef ravioli that has been mixed with the sour cream over the broccoli spears. Garnish with reserved spears; sprinkle with 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake in 375 degree oven for 20 minutes. Yield 4 servings.
