QUICK TAMALE PIE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 can corn vacuum packed
1 can chopped green chili
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can Mexi style stewed tomatoes
1 can sliced black olives
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix (prepared as directed, unbaked)

Fry beef, drain and fry onions. Add corn, tomatoes, chilies and seasonings. Pour into a greased corn bread mix. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes at 375 degrees. Top with cheese.
