4 c. flour
2 c. oatmeal
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. honey
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. butter
1 egg
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin

Combine dry ingredients. Cream butter, honey, vanilla, egg and pumpkin. Mix both mixtures together. Stir in raisins. Make large cookies pumpkin shaped with a stem. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Use peanut butter to put faces on cookies with raisins, chocolate chips or candy. You may freeze the dough for use later.
