HAYSTACK CANDY 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
1 c. shoestring potatoes
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
1/2 c. pecans or walnuts

Melt peanut butter and morsels together. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Note: Crumble up shoestring potatoes first. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper. Put in refrigerator 15 to 30 minutes and remove. Place in a container. No need to refrigerate.
