ECLAIR RING 
1 c. water
1 c. butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
2 pkgs. instant French vanilla pudding
3 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. Cool Whip
Chocolate syrup

Bring water and butter to a boil. Add flour; beat until it leaves the side of the pan. Add eggs one at a time. Spoon onto cookie sheet in ring shape. Bake at 400 degrees for 45-50 minutes.

FILLING: Mix together French vanilla pudding, 2 1/2 cups milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 8 ounces Cool Whip. Cut ring in half horizontally and fill bottom half with filling. Gently lay top half on filling. Drizzle chocolate syrup on top of ring. Decorate with cherries or strawberries.
