EASY MICRO LASAGNA 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 jar (32 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. ricotta or cottage cheese
1 egg
1/2 tsp. pepper
Lasagna noodles, uncooked
8 oz. pkg. mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Brown and drain ground beef. Stir in spaghetti sauce and water. In separate container combine ricotta, egg and pepper. In oblong baking dish spoon 1/2 cup sauce, alternate layers of 4 lasagna noodles, egg mixture, 1/2 of 8 ounce package mozzarella cheese and sauce. Repeat layers with 4 more noodles, rest of egg mixture, last of package of cheese and sauce. Heat covered with plastic wrap at high 8 minutes and then 50% for 30-32 minutes. Top with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Let stand covered 15 minutes before serving.
