VERNA'S EASY LASAGNE 
2 lbs. hamburg
1 pkg. lasagne noodles
2 lbs. (sm. curd) cottage cheese
Parmesan cheese
1 lg. jar Ragu
1 med. jar Ragu
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Cover bottom of lasagne pan with layer of uncooked noodles. Brown 2 pounds of hamburg and drain. Mix Ragu sauce with meat; take 1/2 of the meat mixture and pour over first layer of noodles.

Spread 2 pounds of cottage cheese on top. Sprinkle 8 ounces shredded Mozzarella cheese over layers. Apply another layer of noodles on top. Spread rest of meat mixture over second layer of noodles. Sprinkle 8 ounces Mozzarella on top.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese all over the top of lasagne. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (until bubbly) - first 1/2 covered with foil, last 1/2 uncovered. Let sit for 10 minutes before cutting to serve.
