TRAIL MIX BALLS 
4 to 5 cups uncooked oatmeal
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup raisins, nuts, dried fruit, etc.
baking sheet
waxed paper
3 to 4 cups M&M'S® (or crushed cornflakes, graham crackers, cookie crumbs, etc.)

Mix together dry ingredients. Add in peanut butter and honey and mix until it sticks.

In a bowl or plate, spread crushed M&M'S® or cornflakes, etc. Make balls to the size you like and roll them until covered. Place on baking sheet covered with waxed paper and refrigerate until firm.

Great served with milk!

Variation: For a firmer ball, use candy melts (Wilton) instead of peanut butter and honey. Also a help to allergies.
