SAUSAGE BRUNCH DISH 
3 c. croutons or bread stuffing
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. breakfast sausage (or more)
5 eggs
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk

Place croutons or bread stuffing in a 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle shredded cheese over stuffing. Add browned breakfast sausage. Beat and pour over sausage: eggs, dry mustard, 2 1/2 cups milk. Refrigerate overnight.

In the morning, mix mushroom soup with 1/2 cup milk. Pour over the sausage mixture. Bake uncovered at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. A wonderful dish for a brunch party.
