SMOKED SAUSAGE SUPPER DISH 
Smoked sausage
Potatoes
1 can (16 oz.) green beans
1 can (8 oz.) tomato paste
Sugar (2-4 tsp. to taste)
Salt, if desired
Peppers, if desired

Cut sausage into bite size pieces and brown in a teflon skillet (or spray with Pam, etc.). Drain and reserve the liquid from the beans. Add beans, sliced raw potatoes, tomato sauce and seasoning to the sausage in the skillet. Cover and simmer 1/2 - 3/4 hour. If needed, add the bean liquid. The broth is especially tasty, so be sure to serve all of it.
