CHEESECAKE PUFFS 
1 lb. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
18 to 24 vanilla wafers
Filling

Whip cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla together. Line cupcake tins; wafers in each; fill 3/4 full with cheese mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Refrigerate. Top with fruit filling. These are very quick to make and light tasting.
