PAT'S CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 long thin pkg. herb rice, uncooked
1 chicken, cut up
Lipton onion soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. milk
Dash of pepper

Sprinkle soup over chicken. Butter the casserole first. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour covered, then 3/4 of an hour uncovered.
