1 qt. ice cold buttermilk
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
3 tsp. vanilla
1/2 pt. lime sherbet

In a large bowl with a rotary or electric beater beat together above until frothy. Float scoops of additional lime sherbet on top. Makes 16 1/2 servings. This beverage is particularly pretty for a baby shower or bridal shower.
