SPINACH QUICHE 
1 (8 inch) pie shell
3 lg. eggs
1 1/4 c. heavy whipping cream
1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch original salad dressing mix
1 c. cooked spinach, fresh or frozen
2 tbsp. cooked bacon bits

Bake pie shell for about 5 minutes at 400 degrees. (Don't let it brown!) Set aside to cool. Whisk eggs until frothy. Stir in cream and salad mix. Mix in spinach (well drained) and bacon. Pour mixture into cooled pie crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake another 15 minutes until center is set. Cool at room temperature. Serves 8.
