3 c. plain flour 3 c. sugar 9 lg. eggs 1 1/2 c. shortening 1 1/2 tsp. lemon or almond extract Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Blend until smooth. Beat 10 to 15 minutes or until fluffy. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour 35 minutes in bundt pan. |
