POTLUCK CORN PUDDING 
1 c. unsalted butter, melted & cooled
1 (8 1/2 oz.) box cornbread mix
1 can corn kernels, drained
1 can cream style corn
1 c. sour cream

Brush 3 quart shallow dish or pan generously, with some of melted butter. In mixing bowl, combine cornbread mix, corn kernels, creamed corn, sour cream and butter, and mix with spoon until well blended. Pour into pan. Place on center shelf of oven and bake at 350 degrees until top is golden and crusty and knife comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes. Remove and let cook 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Serves 6.
