1 bunch fresh broccoli 1 onion, chopped 1/2 lb. Velveeta 4 to 5 carrots, washed and sliced 1 1/2 c. water 1 can cream of mushroom soup Boil carrots in 1 1/2 cups water. About 10 minutes before carrots are done, add the broccoli that has been chopped and the onions. Continue cooking until tender. Add cheese and soup. Pour into baking dish. Bake 20 minutes or until ready to serve at 325 degrees. |
