SHERRIED GLAZED SPARERIBS 
1 side (2 lbs.) spareribs
Salt and pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. sherry
1/2 c. honey
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. minced onions
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper side of ribs. Place in a shallow pan and bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Drain off fat. Combine all other ingredients and pour over ribs. Lower oven to 350 degrees and bake 1 hour longer.
