MEAT FILLED EGG ROLLS 
1 lb. sausage
1 lb. ground beef
1 med.-lg. onion, grated
1 med. size cabbage, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. 6x6 egg roll wraps
1 1/2 c. oil for deep frying

Mix all ingredients into frying pan except egg roll wraps and oil. Brown meats and drain. Place 1 - 1 1/2 tablespoons into the center of each wrap; roll up. Heat oil in deep pan. Fry egg rolls in hot oil 2-3 minutes, until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Yield about 18-20.
