SEA FOAM CANDY 
2 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. light Karo syrup
1/2 c. water
2 egg whites, beat until stiff

Mix first 3 ingredients in pot. Boil until forms a soft ball (stir frequently or mixture will boil over). When it reaches soft ball stage pour hot mixture over beaten egg whites. Stir constantly until soft peaks form. Then drop out by teaspoonful. Work quickly or candy will get hard. Put 1/2 pecans or etc. in center of each piece of candy.
